By accessing or using the Longevv website ("Site") and the services we provide, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Research Use Only
All products sold by Longevv are intended strictly for laboratory research and analytical purposes. They are not for human or animal consumption, diagnostic, therapeutic, or any in-vivo use. By placing an order, you confirm that you are a qualified researcher purchasing for legitimate research purposes.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old and have the legal authority to purchase research compounds in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that your purchase and use of our products complies with all applicable local laws and regulations.
4. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and may change without notice. Payment must be received in full before an order is shipped.
5. Shipping
Orders are typically delivered within 10–15 days, depending on destination and customs processing. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier.
6. Returns
Due to the nature of research compounds, opened products are not eligible for return. Damaged or incorrect shipments must be reported within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement.
7. Disclaimers
Products are provided "as is" for research use. Longevv makes no warranty of fitness for any particular purpose beyond laboratory research. We are not liable for any misuse of our products.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Longevv's total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
9. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
